Starter
Thick, strained yogurt cheese with a tangy taste and creamy texture, drizzled with honey and olive oil, with torched figs, pistachio praline and mint, accompanied with fresh bread.
Dessert
Egypt's famous traditional bread pudding made with flaky pastry, milk, cream, raisins, and mixed nuts, baked until golden and served warm with pistachio ice cream.
Main
Egypt's iconic national dish, combining Egyptian rice, lentils, pasta, chickpeas, crispy fried onions and a rich homemade tomato sauce.
Soup
Smooth and hearty red lentil soup seasoned with cumin and garlic, topped with pickled onions and crispy fried onion garnish.
